Tuition and Fees
Tuition is set each school year in US Dollars, and the PNG Kina equivalent is determined using the rate of exchange on June 1.
Payment Procedures and Deadlines:
For missionaries seconded to SIL-PNG, school fees are prorated and deducted from your SIL-PNG account over five months per semester (August through December for Semester 1 and January through May for Semester 2).
For SIL Citizen Staff, school fees are prorated and deducted from your fortnightly pay (over 10 fortnights per semester).
For all other students, school fees may be paid by bank deposit or transfer, or by direct deposit at the SIL Finance Office. In order for the student to be able to attend class, evidence of payment in full must be submitted to the school office by 5pm on the last working day before the first day of each school term (quarter).

High School (Grades 9-12): US$10,308 or PGK35,608
Middle School (Grades 6-8): US$9,024 or PGK31,172
Primary School (Grades 1-5): US$7,740 or PGK26,736
Kindergarten: US$6,504 or PGK22.466
(Kinder fees based on half-day during Semester 1 and full-day during Semester 2)Three-day Preschool: US$3,152 or PGK10,888
Incidental Fees:
Fees are charged for some activities and services such as band instrument rental and traveling-team sports participation, and for certain courses such as Driver’s Education. SAT and ACT test fees are paid to the relevant testing agencies, and Advanced Placement (AP) testing fees, if applicable, are paid through UIS. MAP testing is included in the tuition. Available Discounts:
If the entire year’s school fees are paid before the school year begins, a 5% discount is applied.
If your family is in full-time Christian ministry, contact us about a ministry discount.
If your family is seconded to SIL-PNG, an automatic discount applies.
