The Secondary campus consists of eight standard classrooms, three double-sized science classrooms with laboratory facilities, five small Learning Assistance or MTS/Language study rooms, two computer classrooms, a home economics facility with spaces for cooking and sewing, wood and metals shops, an art classroom, an audio-visual room, and a library. The music block consists of a large rehearsal room with space for both vocal and instrumental rehearsals, smaller individual practice rooms, offices, and spaces for instrument storage and repair.
The main office building includes reception and registrar desks, administrative offices, a conference room, a teachers’ lounge/kitchen area, workroom for teachers with computers, and individual desk spaces for teachers. Other facilities include a Mother-Tongue Studies (MTS) library, grounds and maintenance workshop, a theatre prop and costume room, locker blocks for every grade level, and a lounge for the senior class.
The campus has a sports oval which is used for soccer, touch rugby, softball, track and field, and other events. It also hosts an outdoor basketball court, volleyball court and two foursquare courts. The school has access to tennis courts and an indoor basketball court just a short distance away.

"I never would have dreamed that teaching teenagers could be so rewarding until coming to teach at UIS. My students are respectful, honest, and eager to learn - I love the privilege that God has given me to teach at this international school. I get to be part of instilling a strong Biblical worldview into my students' lives that will go with them well beyond high school. After teaching for 26 years in America (predominantly in Christian schools), God called me to the most incredible community of students I have ever taught. I could never teach in an 'ordinary' school again!"
