Boarding at Ukarumpa
IMPORTANT NOTICE: For the 2023-2024 school year, SIL does not have any boarding options available for non-SIL students.
UIS is not technically a boarding school. However, depending on availability of Children’s Home parents, students in Grade 6-12 may be able to board in Ukarumpa during the school terms. No boarding is available for children in the Primary Grades (grade 5 and younger).
Occasionally, in cooperation with SIL-PNG, other missions may open their own Children’s Home on the SIL Centre to house students from their organization.
Boarding fees are in addition to school tuition and fees and are set by SIL-PNG.
