Facilities
Facilities on the campus include a daycare, two large preschool classrooms, and a large kindergarten classroom. The preschool and kindergarten have their own restroom facilities. Grades 1 through 5 enjoy double-sized classrooms, and there is a dedicated Science classroom for the upper grades. Other facilities include the computer lab, art room, auditorium, library, and several smaller Learning Assistance and Mother Tongue Studies classrooms.  The office facility includes faculty restrooms, a teacher workroom with computers, a staff kitchen, and a gathering area. In addition to play equipment, the large playground area has soccer and baseball fields and a large covered basketball court. Covered walkways allow students and staff to travel around the campus in the rain without getting wet.

Class Sizes
Class sizes range from 10– 25 students in a class, depending on the age of the students and the ebb and flow of our population. Students and teachers come from a variety of countries.  As personnel are available, the Learning Assistance Department can help students with various learning needs.

Curriculum
In addition to the core curriculum subjects (reading, writing, spelling, math, science, social studies and Bible), students at the UIS primary campus have weekly specialty classes such as computers, art, physical education, music, and library.

Special Events
Primary Campus students enjoy three recesses per day during school hours and weekly chapel times, as well as special events such as an annual Sports Day and an annual Book Festival.
